I have been hearing so much about the diet debate as I work with individuals all day at the studio. Now, I am not the “know it all about everything diet” but my question is do you have to be? What foods are good to diet on? Most of the debates surround the goodness or badness of foods. So…are we debating the healthiness of foods or one particular persons goal to get healthy in regards to their state in life?
I have been in this industry one way or another since 1993 playing baseball in college. I have heard it all. I have seen it all. Actually, I have done most of it all. After all these years, I may have finally figured it out. Many failures have brought me this far. I am hoping to clear some of the confusion with all this diet mess we have gotten ourselves into.
