Our group coaching is individualized training in a group environment. Our system for group training is as follows:
Resistance training focusing on whole body approach; Complete Strength group sessions are structured to take the place of a full body strength workout. These types of workouts are our #1 priority to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term. These group sessions are in sets of exercises for specific repetitions. You will use weights that are challenging for the set repetitions. Everyone goes at their own pace, but each week push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before. Complete Strength group sessions were designed to give our Group Members the benefits of a full body strength program.
Cardiovascular conditioning designed to not over emphasize one movement pattern and inspire most fat loss at LEAN, you don’t see rows of cardio equipment, like you do at most gyms. We use a much more effective (and a lot more fun) way to do “cardio”. Our Metabolic group sessions are our version of a cardio workout. They burn calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for. In the research, interval cardio training has been shown to be the most effective for fat loss.

We have developed the components that take the guesswork and trial-and-error out of reaching your goals and puts the science back in. We provide a complete training system and a highly qualified fitness coach who will personally walk you through every step of the way on the path toward achieving your personal goals. One size does not fit all! We get faster results. We get better results.
Appropriate Cardiovascular Activity:
Only the correct amount of cardiovascular work at the correct intensity will work for your goal. Doing the wrong type, at the wrong level for the wrong time may not only be useless but can actually work against your efforts.
Appropriate Resistance Training:
Muscle is the body’s fat burning machinery. Resistance training helps to build and maintain a good fat burning engine.
Professional coaching of the above:
This is where most people go wrong. No program works for everyone and no program will work forever. As your body changes, so too must your program change. Your fitness coach will help to modify your plan as your body changes and adapts so you continue to see optimal results.
General Nutrition Guidelines to follow:
As part of our membership, we will also give you one of our LEAN nutrition journals complete with simple guidelines of exactly what you should eat to reach your goals. Follow the plan laid out for you, fill out the journal and bring it into your coach and you will not fail!
Training For Warriors
The TFW system is a holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed dynamic warm-ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process.
There are 5 sessions in a week consisting of 3 strength days and 2 metabolic conditioning days.
Small group sessions are programmed as follows:
- Motivational and Inspirational stories
- Dynamic Warm-ups
- Upper body strength (Resistance training)
- Lower body strength
- Total body strength (speed strength)
- Hurricane Workouts! (Cardiovascular)
This program uses lots of barbell work with an emphasis on major strength increases.
TFW is not just limited to athletics; we work with the weekend warrior, someone looking to get back into working out, or anybody that is looking to channel their inner warrior. TFW is for EVERYONE!
